Sarkar P & Co. provides professional services such as GST, Income Tax, Accounting, and Compliance support. Since these are service-based and customized to each client, fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has been initiated.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where services have not been started or due to proven errors on our part. Any refund request must be submitted in writing with valid justification for review.

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by Sarkar P & Co. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
